Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS)

ARMHS aids individuals in managing mental health and fostering independence.

The Basics

What is ARMHS?

ARMHS (Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services) is a state-certified mental health service designed to help participants develop the necessary skills to foster positive change in their lives. At MMRS, our ARMHS program focuses on promoting psychiatric stability, social competencies, personal and emotional adjustment, and independent living and community skills for individuals affected by mental illness symptoms.

Our Approach

How We Help

ARMHS uses a combination of individual/in-home services and group sessions to teach management and recovery skills to people experiencing serious forms of mental illness. The program is designed for individuals experiencing significant mental health symptoms, with services focused on helping consumers live and work in their home communities.

The ARMHS program seeks to improve independent living skills, promote integration into the community, and encourage healthful psychological functioning.
