Housing Stabilization Services is a brand-new housing service for all eligible Minnesotans created by the Department of Human Services.
The service is designed to help folks living with disabilities to have the person-centered
assistance they need to be successful in their housing endeavors – whether that be moving across the street, across the state, or even finding resources to help prevent homelessness.
Housing Stabilization Services is comprised of three separate pieces, all of which offer a unique person-centered housing service: Transition, Sustaining, and Housing Consultation.
