MMRS assists clients in obtaining Housing Support to ensure they have the necessary resources for stable and secure living conditions. Eligibility criteria for Housing Support room/board include:
- Individuals aged 18 or older with a certified disability or disabling condition, or those aged 65 or older.
- Possessing low income and limited assets.
- Residing in a setting authorized by the county or tribe with a Housing Support Agreement.
To qualify for Housing Support supplemental services, clients must also need assistance in at least two of the following areas:
- Tenancy supports.
- Supportive services.
- Employment supports.
- Health supervision services.
